Dolores Delgado, a sales associate for St. Regis Resort and Residences, Bal Harbour, joined Related Cervera Realty Services in 2004. Originally from Cuba, Ms. Delgado grew up in Connecticut. She has lived in Miami since 1986 and attended the University of Miami. Ms. Delgado has always been involved in service-related work and made her break in the real estate industry in 2004 when she was given the opportunity to work for The Related Group's Ocean Four Project.
Dolores has great interpersonal skills and enjoys helping people achieve their goals. She has been involved with the Children's Home Society of Florida for over 13 years, as member of their board, president of their auxiliary organization and also as Gala Chairperson. She raised over $500,000 to support their programs. Her complete dedication and extreme level of professionalism have taken her to a high point in her career. She describes herself as "hardworking, organized, competent, fair and ethical,? and specializes in the areas of Miami Beach and Downtown Miami, focusing all her efforts and knowledge on finding the perfect property for each one of her clients.
