Brenda Bichili joined Related Cervera Realty Services in 2002. A Miami native, of Cuban and Lebanese descent, Brenda believes a career in real estate was her destiny. "I always knew I wanted to be a special education teacher," she says, "but then I got the chance to work with the Queen of Brickell, Alicia Cervera, and I haven't looked back since!" Indeed, the career switch has been a great thing for Brenda, who has earned such honors as Rookie of the Year at her first pre-construction job and more recently Top Producer at One Miami.
Brenda is currently the Sales Director for St. Regis Resort and Residences in Bal Harbour as well as the general real estate office located in The Mark at Brickell Bay in Downtown Miami. She is also the Supervising Sales Director for Havana Lofts in Miami and Oasis in Ft. Myers. Her previous management positions include successful sellouts at such renowned projects as 50 Biscayne, Loft I and Loft II.
Throughout her career, Brenda has learned important lessons on sales, but the most valuable lesson is that listening to customers and gaining their trust is paramount. "I want customers to tell me what their needs are so I can really guide them through the real estate process successfully," says Brenda. Having managed several jobs under the direct supervision of Alicia Cervera Lamadrid, Brenda is directly involved in all aspects of marketing for the jobs she oversees.
Brenda combines her sales expertise with her understanding of people to help generate targeted marketing campaigns that produce results. Brenda specializes in properties ranging from the $300s in the Brickell and Downtown Miami real estate markets.
Active in her community, Brenda is a member of the Young Founders of Mount Sinai Hospital. Fluent in Spanish, Brenda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education from Florida International University.
